The Sensor itself is GPL3 compliant and fully open source and comes with NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Support will be provided only for the “S.O.C/S.I.E.M AS A SERVICE” and is carried out via the ticketing system, which you can find at: https://www.secopx.com/dashboard – So please open a ticket via the “Support” section.

In case your IP address has accidentally been blocked by one of our firewalls please email us at: support@secopx.com or call to our hotline +972 52 5326350 to resolve the issue.
